GreenStone Guard accepts return requests for eligible products within 30 days of delivery unless a product listing, manufacturer requirement, or supplier restriction states otherwise. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and include all accessories and documentation.
Contact GreenStone Guard through our Contact page before returning any item. A return authorization and return instructions are required. Do not send products directly to a manufacturer or fulfillment warehouse unless instructed.
Customers are responsible for return shipping for change-of-mind returns unless otherwise required by law. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy. We may request photographs, packaging information, serial numbers, or other reasonable documentation.
Some batteries, power stations, solar equipment, oversized products, clearance items, customized products, or hazardous-material shipments may have additional return restrictions. Any product-specific restriction disclosed on the product page or required by the manufacturer or fulfillment partner applies to that product.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error, a defective product, or applicable law requires otherwise. Processing time after approval may vary by financial institution.
