GreenStone Guard uses third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners to ship products directly to customers. Products may ship from different warehouse locations, and items in the same order may arrive separately.
Available shipping methods, rates, and destination eligibility are calculated at checkout based on the products in your cart and the delivery address. Delivery estimates are estimates only and may change because of carrier delays, weather, inventory availability, customs processing, or other events outside our control.
Tracking information is provided when available after an order ships. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if you notice an address error; once an order has entered fulfillment, changes might not be possible.
Portable power stations, lithium batteries, solar equipment, oversized items, and other regulated products may be subject to carrier, geographic, or transportation restrictions. Some shipping services or destinations may therefore be unavailable for certain products.
Applicable taxes, duties, import fees, or other government charges are the responsibility of the customer unless they are collected at checkout. GreenStone Guard does not guarantee a specific delivery date unless expressly stated in writing for the order.
